Because our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all linked together we can challenge harmful or maladaptive thoughts to effect and change our feelings and behaviors.
here is a lot of hype and glorification of people who claim to function on little to no sleep... and while their are likely a small number of people who can succeed on very little sleep, odds are you and I are not one of them.
Thoughts are linked and intertwined with our actions and emotions. They are neither good or bad, right or wrong.. but they can be helpful or harmful.
There is a lot of information and advice rolling around the internet on this topic. I like to keep it simple, so here is what works for me. I Focus on Food, Fitness, and Fun.
