There is risk in become overly dependent or addicted to the things and people in our lives. I know I have dependencies I need to work on:
– Without Coffee I get headaches
– When my habits and routines are disrupted my day crumbles
– I Link my happiness to others
– I am a addicted to stress
– Smart Phone…
The list could go on I’m sure, but you get the point. What dependencies do you have that make you vulnerable?
