1. Accept nothing false or uncertain: Do the work and research the facts, pursue the truth, and don’t accept things at face value
2. Work toward the common good: You need good things to happen for others around you, you can do those good deeds
3. Limit your desires to what is within your control: Wasting time on things outside your control will only drag you down
4. Embrace what nature has in store for you: Nature will run it’s course, live accordingly
